Rates + Insurance
Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and money. We want the financial part to be as straightforward as possible.
Insurance
For clients using insurance, eligibility, benefits, and billing are managed through Headway. We currently participate with the following insurance plans:
Texas:
Aetna | Cigna | Carelon Behavioral Health
Colorado:
Aetna | Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado | Cigna | Carelon Behavioral Health
Maryland:
Aetna | Cigna | Carelon Behavioral Health
Important: Insurance participation varies by clinician, state, and individual plan and are subject to change at any time. Please verify your specific coverage through Headway before scheduling. Your insurance company ultimately determines coverage and client responsibility, so estimates are not a guarantee of benefits or payment. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your mental health benefits.
Self-Pay / Out-of-Network benefits
You don't have to use insurance to receive therapy at OCD + Anxiety Collaborative. Self-pay is available for clients who prefer to pay for services directly or whose insurance is not in-network with their clinician.
Self-Pay Rates:
Initial Intake Session: $200
Individual Therapy Session (53-60 minutes): $165
Individual Therapy Session (30 minutes): $100
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits. Payment of the full session fee is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is determined by your insurance company.
Questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and how much of it has been met?
What percentage will my plan reimburse after my deductible is met?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance.
